Grilled Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Injector Marinade (optional)
- Pam Cooking Spray
- Hot Buttered Noodles
- Marinara or Spaghetti Sauce
- Grill or Grill Pan
Instructions
Note: Prepare your noodles using our recipe or your own while you are cooking the chicken.
In small saucepan, heat sauce covered on low. Pepare your chicken by injecting each breast with 1 syringe of Injector Marinade. To inject the chicken, slowly inject, moving the syringe to different parts of the chicken. The chicken will start to plump up. Do not put marinade in just one spot.
Thinly slice the chicken so that you will have 3-4 slices per breast. Try to make nice thin even slices of chicken. Some may be larger and some maybe smaller, but that’s ok. The key is making the chicken even for cooking.
Note:Preparing chicken can be done the night before and refrigerated for easy cooking the next day.
Heat Grill or Grill Pan to medium-high heat. Place chicken on grill, leaving room in between each piece. Do not move the chicken around. Cook each side for 2-4 minutes, or until the chicken easily comes off the grill (does not stick) and is lightly scored. Chicken needs to be fully cooked. Use a meat thermometer if you are unsure of the doneness of your chicken.
Remove from grill, cover with sauce and parmesan cheese. Serve with hot buttered noodles.
