I have found that I am using this Tri-Tip Rub Recipe in everything! Even in quick stir fry ground beef dishes. It is so versatile you’ll find you reach for it when you want to add a little pizzaz to your dinner.


This rub was created specifically for the Santa Clara KCBS BBQ Competition in June 2014. The Award Winning Tri-Tip received 2nd place in that competition.
