Chinese Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
- Chinese Broccoli
- Soy Sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
Make it Vegan: Just be sure to pick up a vegan Oyster flavored sauce. The ‘Oyster’ in the sauce is from oyster mushrooms, but some of the sauces contain chicken broth.
Instructions
Wash vegetables and cut off ends. I like to cut the brocoli at the stem so that the pieces aren’t so big when trying to eat them. Pat dry with a couple paper towels.
In large wok or pan, heat oil. Add vegetables to pan and cook for about 2 minutes, adding a tablespoon of water, if needed. Vegetables should be bright green and slightly wilted. Remove from pan and place on plate. Pour a little bit of soy sauce over the vegetables and then drizzle the oyster sauce over the vegetables.
That’s it! Serve it up!
