This Cold Cucumber Salad Recipe is another one of those too easy recipes that almost isn’t enough to be a recipe.
In large bowl, place cucumbers and drizzle with Olive Oil and Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar. Toss. Add additional vinegar or olive oil to taste. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds and toss again. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve later.
I love it and it’s great for parties to add to your table as it adds a nice light flavor when you have a table full of mayonnaise based salads, meats, and other heavy party foods. You can also just make a small batch for yourself to have with your sandwich at lunch.
