My sister altered my mom’s shrimp dip recipe and turned it into a dip for the shrimp, instead of a dip with shrimp in it. The presentation is elegant and the dip is great with shrimp, vegetables and crackers.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Refrigerate for one hour and serve with cooked shrimp and vegetables.
