My family loves spinach, but it gets so boring sometimes. So, I try to change it up every so often. This is one of the ways I make it a little different to prevent the ‘not again’ blues. Served with Easy Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders.
Cook all ingredients together on medium high heat until spinach is wilted. Serve hot.
