Spicy Raspberry BBQ Sauce Recipe

There can’t be too many BBQ sauce options. This is a wonderfully spicy and sweet BBQ sauce. Perfect for Pulled Pork or Chicken.

Spicy Raspberry BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup molasses 1 cup molasses
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed) 1 cup brown sugar
1 can tomato sauce (12 oz can) 1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste (6 oz can) 1 can tomato paste
1 teaspoon chipotle chili sauce 1 teaspoon chipotle chili sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup rasberry jam 1 cup rasberry jam
1/4 cup Tapatillo sauce 1/4 cup Tapatillo sauce

Directions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer, uncovered, for one hour. Remove from heat. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
