In saute pan, heat with 1 tbl olive oil and 1 tbl sesame oil. Drain shrimp and add to hot pan. Cook for a couple minutes until the shrimp is mostly pink, showing that it is almost done cooking. Add 2 tbl sauce and toss. Remove from pan scraping out any sauce.
Add more olive oil to dirty pan and add vegetables. Cook and stir on high until onions are soft and starting to get caramel in color. Add the zucchini and toss together. Add 1/2 of the remaining sauce and toss.
Add the shrimp and toss with the vegetables. Serve hot with the sauce on the side.
Add to angel hair pasta for a pasta dish. You will want to make more sauce if adding to pasta.
