Another recipe from my sister SuZ, this one is just yum, yum, yummy… YUMMY! A brown sugar based cookie bar recipe, it is soft and gooey and oh so yummy (did I say that already?).
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
Blend together the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, water and eggs. Add the flour mixture and combine well. Add the chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread in a greased and floured cookie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
